When the payment is successfully completed, a monitoring window is displayed to wait for the transaction processing confirmation message with the reference or transaction number of the recharge or payments from the telecom operators.
If, due to technical problems, the processing is not completed within the maximum time of 03 minutes, you will receive a processing confirmation E-mail within 15 minutes after making your payment. If you checked the “Notification by SMS” option when ordering, you will receive a confirmation message after processing by SMS.
You can follow the processing status of your order in the “My Account” / “Dashboard” section at any time after the payment confirmation message.
