Your payment credit/debit Cards information are exclusively processed by Paypal payment gateway: the most secure trusted online payment system. Sinam doesn’t have access to you cards data nor doesn’t store them.

So all your information are encrypted and protected. When you upload personal documents and images to Sinam platform, they are not socked in standard format on discs but they are encrypted and stored in a full protected Database.
Regarding the availability, Sinam system has a rate of 99,99% of availability.
The provisioning delay of your transaction
The provisioning delay of your transactions is commonly 7 seconds to one minute after payment.
However, due to some network bottlenecks issues of our Mobile Operators partners, the processing could last up to 03 minutes at most.
When you complete the payment, a monitoring window is displayed to wait for the provisioning confirmation message with the transaction ID of top-up or payments from Mobile operators.

If due to some technical issues the provisioning is not complete within the maximum delay of 03 minutes, you will receive the provisioning confirmation Email within 15 minutes after you completed your payment. If you checked “SMS Notification” option during the order process you will receive provisioning confirmation message by SMS.
You can monitor your order provisioning status in “My Account” / “Dashboard” section at any time after payment confirmation message.
Your order will always be provisioned at 99.99%.
However, in exceptional cases such as the unavailability of Mobile operator’s network, Sinam will contact you to start the procedure of refunding as soon as possible.
In any case, as long as your transfer or payment has not been provisioned successfully, you will get fully refund.
Sinam application offer wallet setup to manage your virtual Sinam wallet.
Wallet setup process require a PIN creation to protect the wallet. For any payment with your wallet the PIN is required for authentication purpose to protect you.
Once created, you can refill wallet with any accepted payment method then use your balance to pay orders on Sinam.
Wallet management require Sinam application installation from Google Play or Apple Store.
While an order payment is not completed yet, you can cancel the order at any step.
But when the payment is completed successfully, you cannot cancel the order anymore. In fact provisioning is automatic after payment. All paid transactions are sent automatically to mobile operators for processing and that process cannot be canceled or roll backed. So, if the recipient’s number of your order is wrong, the account of that number will be provisioned and Mobile operators doesn’t support transfers/payments rollbacks.
So it’s highly recommended to verify the destination number before procced to payment. It’s for that reason Sinam require recipient’s number confirmation during orders processes.
For each service, the minimum conditions for ordering on Sinam consist of:

– Activate your account by clicking on the activation link contained in the email that will be sent to you for this purpose.
However, with regard to the specific case of money transfer, and for security and traceability purpose, you should provide proof of your identity by uploading a copy of your identification document.
